California state requires a 72-hour notice (3-business days) to be given to the apprentice committees. This excludes SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS
You MUST select a day where you are planning to work on the project as we will confirm with the Certified Payroll Report if your selected day aligns with the reporting for work done on that day. The confirmation is done after work is complete. Meaning CCS may not know that you are not compliant until the certified payroll reporting is done. It is the CLIENT'S responsiblity to proved accurate dates and to update those dates as required.
COMPLETING THE INTAKE:
We ask to get the dispatch request in at least 5-business days prior to the apprentice report date.
Complete all the blocks in the section.
Add additional sections if you have multiple scopes.
CCS will be using this form to complete your DAS 142 dispatch requests.

The project DIR # tends to be 5-7 digits long. Your prime contractor and/or awarding body should have this information. You may also check your contract/bid documents/memos for this information.
Construction projects over $25k should have a project DIR #.
Maintenance projects over $15k should have a project DIR #.
The $15k/$25k is based on the project total (COST TO THE PROJECT OWNER), not just your company's contract total.
This is not your company DIR number, which is formatted: 10000xxxxx.
Sometimes a project will have extra reporting requirements on it. It may ask that you report to a 3rd-party software system. This is an additional requirement on-top of the general requirements outlined by state and federal regulations.
Reference your bid/contract/compliance documents to determine if there are additional requirements.
SCOPES OF WORK:
Even if you are working on a Public Works project, your work may not be considered a qualifying scope. A qualifying scope is work that tends to be hands-on, usually laborious. The work may be skilled or unskilled.

Inspector/Field Soils, Material Tester
Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Driver
