Are you familiar with HUD project requirements?
Yes. We have worked on many HUD projects.
Do you handle the DAS 140 and 142 forms?
Yes. Our team is fully trained and capable of submitting the DAS 140 and 142 forms for each scope of work as required by State public works.
Can you help me figure out the prevailing wage rate?
Yes. We are able to help you find your proper prevailing wage rate for per federal, state, local requirements. We can help you understand any Union or Association wage breakdowns if required.
Can you help me with Certified Payroll Reporting?
Yes. We can complete your certified payroll reporting no matter which format may be required. We are very familiar with federal and state reporting. We also specialize in project specific reporting requirements such as LCPTracker, Emars, Elation, Prism, etc.
Do you handle training fund invoices?
Yes. We calculate out what is owed to the state or other organization (Union Trust or Association Trust) and provide you with an invoice for easy payment.
